Vocalist Carol Selick performs Women In Song In-Person
Singer-songwriter Carol Selick has gone back to her musical roots and put together a music program with songs by her favorite female singer-songwriters of the Sixties and Seventies. She will be singing their songs and paying tribute to the strong, talented women trailblazers of those tumultuous times. Singer-songwriters include: Laura Nyro, Carole King, Joni Mitchell and Carly Simon!
Carol Selick is a singer/songwriter and the author of Beyond the Song, winner of the 2022 Firebird Book Award in Biographical Fiction and Women’s Fiction. It is an autobiographical novel based on her adventures in the music business, during the late Sixties and early Seventies
