Pirate School! In-Person
The Friends of the Library kick off our summer of adventure with this awesome show!
Access your inner-pirate and set sail with a madcap, swashbuckling comedy variety show for the whole family. Pirate School is a winning combination of wholesome humor, slapstick antics, adept magic, cartoon-like sound effects, eye-popping puppetry, eccentric props and active, full-audience participation.
During this riotous show kids learn the finer points of mischief and become "good pirates", cooperating and carousing together while getting the chance to live out their Sea-Faring dreams! Pirate School! is lead by the warm-hearted, bumbling pirate Professor Billy Bones who lives to teach zany lessons on how to stand, talk, laugh, eat and carouse like boisterous buccaneers.
Ages 4 and up. Kids are encouraged to attend in costume, so dress the whole family up in your best pirate attire and come for a rip-roaring good time!
Tickets will be available the morning of the event at the Youth Services desk.
