First People: the New Jersey Connection, with Walter Choroszewski In-Person
The First People of New Jersey arrived thousands of years before the Colonial era. These Stone Age migrants first arrived after the last glacial ice began to recede, and, over time, became the Lenape people.
Walter Choroszewski shares their story revealed from artifacts discovered at NJ archeological sites, as well as the written record after First Contact with European colonists of the 17th and 18th centuries.
