Wellness Wednesday will be held on Thursday this month: Though the Functional Medicine Lens

Wellness Wednesday will be held on Thursday this month: Though the Functional Medicine Lens In-Person

Yom Kippur is the first Wednesday of this month, so just for October, we'll meet on Thursday, October 2 at 6:30pm in the 2nd floor local history room for an informal conversation about a variety of topics including: gut health, food sensitivities, autoimmune disease, osteoporosis, vitamins, making sense of lab-work, IBS and other health challenges, and more! Facilitated by Cheryl Schmid, AFMC. Bring in your regular yearly lab work (CBC &CMP) to chat about the hidden pearls we see through the functional Medicine Lens.

Cheryl Schmid, founder of The Well Chat, is an AFMC Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Cheryl truly believes that by working on the body as a whole, specifically through the Functional Medicine lens, significant progress can be made, beyond what one has experienced thus far.

Cheryl Specializes in gut health which directly impacts all forms of Dis-ease (autoimmunity, food sensitivities, IBS, heartburn, SIBO, candida, H-pylori, osteoporosis, nutrient deficiency, headache, constipation and much more).
