Healthy Relationships with your Adult Kids, with Diane Lang

Healthy Relationships with your Adult Kids, with Diane Lang In-Person

The Parent-Child relationship is one of the longest lasting relationships human beings establish.

The transition from raising a child to supporting an adult can be challenging, with the possibility of disconnects, but there are ways we can foster a healthy, meaningful relationship.

This workshop with Diane Lang will help you to deal with these challenges and have great friendships with your adult kids.

Diane Lang holds a master’s degree in counseling and has been a college-level educator for over 20 years. She is the author of four books, including Creating Balance & Finding Happiness, Baby Steps: The Path from Motherhood to Career, and Mindfully Happy: Waking Up to Life.

Her most recent book, Worthy, explores the hidden causes of unworthiness, its deeper implications, and its connection to perfectionism and control. Drawing on decades of counseling experience, Lang empowers readers to confront feelings of inadequacy and find their inherent value.

As a Coach, Educator, and Positive Living Expert, Lang has dedicated her career to helping individuals transform their lives. Her mission is to help people cultivate a sustainable positive attitude, turning them into true optimists.

Lang speaks on a wide range of mental and emotional health topics, including happiness, resiliency, stress management, parenting, positive aging, anxiety, and depression in both teens and adults. She specializes in Positive Psychology, Positive Education, and Positive Parenting, offering practical tools and insights to improve well-being.

A sought-after media expert, Diane has been featured in The Daily Record, Family Circle, Family Magazine, Working Mother Magazine, and has appeared on NJ12 TV, Good Day CT, Style CT, CBS News, and Fox & Friends.
