Chair Yoga with Joy Lara In-Person
You MUST register for this program as space is limited!
Chair Yoga is a gentle yet powerful way to wellbeing. Join us for an informative presentation on yogic breathwork, basic alignments for popular yoga poses and the benefits of doing these in a chair. Afterwards, participants may join a short class to apply learnings and experience enhanced mindfulness, mobility & flexibility (and more!).
