*The Weiss Family Jazz Series was established with a bequest to the Westfield Memorial Library Foundation in memory of longtime library patrons and jazz lovers, Joseph and Dorothy Weiss.

The Big Easy brings together some of the Jersey Shore’s most notable musicians to add New Orleans flavor to Jazz, Funk, R+B, and Rock classics. Led by saxophone player Lee Sanderson, local music scene veterans put a fresh spin on familiar tunes from past and present. The Big Easy features one of New Jersey's most versatile female vocalists, Yvonne Miranda Martinez. With Andy McDonough on keyboards and vocals; Bobby Mancari on guitar and vocals, drummer Duke Clement, bassist Gerry Gironda, and percussionist and vocalist Yvonne Miranda Martinez; the Big Easy offers an eclectic mix of old favorites and instrumental jazz classics, including music from Doctor John, Marcia Ball, Fats Domino, Donald Fagan. Jon Cleary, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Carol King and others.
