Tech Help - One on One In-Person
Need help with your device? You can register for tech help that helps with cellphones, tablets, or computers. This program will be held in the Local History Room on the second floor. Please note: you can only register for ONE time slot per day.
Topics can include:
• Tablet, computer, or smartphone (connecting to Internet, downloading apps, etc.)
• Downloading digital e-Books and e-audiobooks using Hoopla or Libby
• Using the Westfield Memorial Library's databases/other resources like Pressreader, Kanopy, etc.
**We are not able to fill out forms/applications, provide legal/medical advice, or fix devices.

The librarian cannot help with: creating social media profiles or anything associated with running, building, or editing personal blogs or websites. The librarian reserves the right to cancel any sessions that do not meet the criteria. Thank you!
