Low Impact Aerobics with Toning In-Person
Get in better shape this year! This fun class is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned exercisers. We will do a dance aerobics routine for about 35 minutes or so and then cool down a bit and switch to toning exercises -- all done to music you will hopefully enjoy! The toning portion will be taylored to your requests, but there will always be a section for abs at the end and stretches. Bring weights if you have them, or anything that could be used as weights, such as soup cans, water bottles..... Also, bring a mat or towel for floor exercises and something to drink.
