SUMMARY:Gang Huang teaches Fundamentals of Tai Chi
DESCRIPTION:Tai Chi is an ancient practice originated from China is proven 
 to boost both mental and physical health. It’s a proven exercise 
 promoting balance and preventing falls\, relieving depression\, Parkinson's 
 disease\, dementia and reversing disease progression in osteoarthritis. It 
 also helps with insomnia\, hypertension\, and fibromyalgia. It’s often 
 referred as “Meditation in Motion”. In this session\, Dr. Gang Huang 
 will lead a hands-on session to work on Tai Chi fundamentals such as joints 
 health\, standing meditation\, weight shifting and balance\, and Tai Chi 
 walking. \n\n\n\nDr. Gang Huang is one of the formal disciples of Master 
 Yang Jun\, who is the direct descendent (sixth-generation) of Yang Cheng Fu 
 and of Yang Lu Chan\, the creator of Yang Style Tai Chi.  Gang has learned 
 Yang style from Masters like Yang Jun\, Wang Hanrong\, etc. and also Chen 
 style from Chen Bing\, Chen Zhenglei\, and Chen Yu. He is an authorized 
 instructor of Yang Family Tai Chi Association and is currently teaching Tai 
 Chi classes in Bridgewater. He has introduced Tai Chi to many folks since
